Returns & Exchanges

At ALT. Fragrances, we want you to find your perfect scent; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for store credit or exchanges on eligible items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, fragrances must be in their original packaging and meet our usage criteria to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Package Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the bottle in its original box and use protective padding to ensure the glass remains intact during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
